SMP Treatment Deposit

Paying the deposit is not an additional charge; it will go towards the balance of the treatment plan.  By booking dates with us you’re agreeing that, the booking deposit is non-refundable. Should you cancel or fail to arrive for your treatment the non-refundable deposit will be used as a cancellation charge.

If you are booking a deposit and were not provided your two treatment dates, please call at 310-425-4975 or email us at info@zangsmp.com with your order ID and we will schedule accordingly.
